The SCAN Regional Cancer Strategy Group was established as a forum to allow boards to collaborate and promote the regional alignment of local Health Board cancer strategies. This also ensures that local board strategies link with both the SCAN Regional Cancer Strategy and Scottish National Cancer Strategy, published in 2023.
The group also provides boards with an opportunity to share good practise from local initiatives and any learning that would be of benefit to the region.
